Search 33 questions ### The Business Model What is SU1TE? SU1TE is the wholesale, white-label partner program for SuiteDash. You use SuiteDash as a prebuilt toolkit: you configure it, brand it and manage it for each of your clients, so they get software shaped around their business without anyone building software. You pay a wholesale rate per client account and set your own price. Who is it for? Agencies, consultants, implementers and operators who already serve clients and want one platform at the center of how they deliver. If your clients keep asking for a portal, a cleaner process or one place to run their business, SU1TE lets you deliver it under their brand or yours. What exactly am I selling? The solution, not the software. You sell your understanding of the client's business and a system configured around it: their records, their portal, their onboarding and, on Pinnacle, their automations. The software underneath is SuiteDash, at a wholesale cost, so the margin is yours to set. How can my agency resell white-label software for recurring revenue? With SU1TE you deliver a system, not a logo-swapped app. You configure SuiteDash for each client, brand it as theirs or yours, and manage it for them. SuiteDash bills you a wholesale rate per client account each month (**Start $14**, **Thrive $34**, **Pinnacle $69**), you set the client's price, and every client becomes a recurring line next to your setup fee and ongoing services. What is the relationship to SuiteDash? SuiteDash is the platform underneath. SuiteDash launched in 2015. SU1TE is the official program for delivering that same platform to your clients, white-labeled, at wholesale rates. How is SU1TE different from AUTOP1LOT? SU1TE is for delivering configured solutions to clients you serve. AUTOP1LOT adds automated checkout and onboarding so you can sell your own branded SaaS. AUTOP1LOT is available to approved SU1TE Partners at $1,499 per year. ### Building for Clients Do I need to write code? No. Everything is configured: fields, forms, menus, dashboards, portal pages, wording and branding, plus onboarding FLOWs and automations on Pinnacle. Custom CSS and JavaScript are there if you want them, but they are optional. How far can each client's system be customized? Much further than a logo and colors. Each client is its own account, with its own custom fields (including calculated fields), its own wording and, on Pinnacle, its own onboarding FLOWs and automations. You decide which dashboard, page, menu item and even which individual content block each role, Circle, team or person sees. Can I reuse what I build across clients? Yes, with SU1TE Profiles. A Profile carries your proposal, document, portal page and form templates, your email and drip templates, custom fields and invoice items into a new client account. You then tailor the details to the client in front of you. How do I manage all of my client accounts? From your SU1TE Dashboard. You work inside each client account as a Global Admin who is invisible to the client's team, so you can configure, refine and support without appearing in their user list. Which tier does each client need? You choose per client. **Start** covers the essentials: CRM, client portal, projects, files, scheduling and email campaigns. **Thrive** adds proposals, deals and pipelines, autoresponders, folder generators and advanced custom menus. **Pinnacle** adds FLOWs, trigger and action automations, checklists, task dependencies, LMS and support tickets. ### Pricing and Billing Is there a fee to join SU1TE? **No. Joining is free.** There is no application fee, no annual fee and no monthly program fee. You pay only for software: your own retail Pinnacle account, currently $99 per month, and each client account at the wholesale rate. What does SU1TE cost? Wholesale, per client account per month: **Start $14**, **Thrive $34**, **Pinnacle $69**. Your own account stays on a retail Pinnacle plan, currently $99 per month. Joining the program is free, and there is no platform unlock fee and no per-seat charge. What does "per client account per month" mean? You pay the wholesale rate for each client account you run. Ten clients on Thrive is 10 x $34, or $340 a month, from you to SuiteDash. What you charge those ten clients is your decision. How am I billed? Monthly, per client account. Who bills my clients? You do. You set the price, invoice the client and keep the relationship. SuiteDash bills you the wholesale rate for each client account. Are there minimums? No. Add accounts as you sign clients, so your wholesale cost grows with your revenue, not ahead of it. Are there limits on users? No. Contacts and staff are unlimited on every tier. What about usage costs like SMS, email and A.I.? They are optional. Add-ons and A.I. credits are billed at SuiteDash's standard published prices. Nothing is added for SU1TE. SMS runs through a Twilio account you connect. Email Deliverability is $20 a month for 10,000 emails, then $15 per additional 10,000. A.I. credits start with a free tier. If a client does not use a service, nobody pays for it. Can I rebill usage and add-ons to my clients? Yes. You set your own price for usage and add-ons, just as you do for each client account. You pay the standard cost: SuiteDash's published prices for add-ons and A.I. credits, and Twilio directly for SMS. What you charge the client, as its own line on their invoice or folded into one monthly price, is your decision, and the difference is your margin. ### White Label and Support Will my clients know it is SuiteDash? Not unless you tell them. The domain, login page, logo, colors, fonts, email sender and app icon all carry the brand you choose. Clients see a system that looks and works like it was built for them. Whose brand goes on each account, mine or the client's? Either. Brand each account for the client, or for your own offer, on a custom domain or subdomain. Is there a mobile app? Yes, a Progressive Web App. Clients install it from the browser to their home screen with your name, icon and splash screen. There is no app store and no review queue, and it stays current with the desktop platform. Who supports my clients? You do. Your clients only ever see your brand, so you are their front line. SuiteDash supports you, the partner, with documentation and the SuiteDash Community. ### A.I. How does SU1TE fit the A.I. era? Clients increasingly pay for judgment and outcomes, not for the hours it took to wire tools together. SU1TE gives you a finished platform to direct, so your time goes into understanding the business and shaping the system around it. Can I use my own A.I. provider? Yes. A.I. Connections lets you bring your own key from a provider you already pay for, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini, or a locally hosted model through Ollama or LM Studio. The platform's A.I. features then run on your own tokens. What is the SuiteDash MCP? It is coming soon for SU1TE Partners.
